Listen to the incoming messages

Incoming messages ar e played back in the
sequence they are re corded.
From the base
Start/Sto p playback: Press .
Adjust the volume: P ress / .
Skip backwar d:
- During message playba ck, press to
play the message from t he beginning.
- During the rst s econd of the current
message, press to play the previous
message.
Skip forwar d: Press to skip to the next
message.
Delete the curre nt message: Press .
Note
No deleted messa ges can be recovered .
From the handset
1 Press menu .
2 Selec t [ANSWER MACHINE] > [ PL AY],
then press [SELECT ] to conrm.
New messages start playing. Old »
messages start playing if there is no
new message.
Press [BACK] to sto p the playback.
Press to enter the options menu .
Press / to increase/decr ease the
volume.

Delete an incoming message

From the base
1 Press during messa ge playback.
The current message is deleted. »
3 Selec t [ANSWER & REC.] or [ANSWER
ONLY ]. Pres s [SELECT] to conrm.
4 Selec t [PL AY], t hen press [SELECT] to
conrm.
The handset plays the current outgoing »
message.

Delete an outgoing message

1 Press menu .
2 Selec t [ANSWER MACHINE]
>[RECORD OGM], then pr ess
[SELECT] to conrm.
3 Selec t [ANSWER & REC.] or [ANSWER
ONLY ], then p ress [SELECT] to conrm.
4 Selec t [DELETE], then press [SELEC T]
to conrm.
5 The pre -recorded outgoing m essage is
restored.
Note
No pre-recor ded outgoing messa ge can be
deleted.
Incoming messages (ICM)
Each message can be up to 3 minutes long.
When you receive new messages, the new
message indicator ashes on the answering
machine and the handset displays a notication
message.
Note
If you pick up the phone w hen the caller leave s
a message, the re cording stops and you c an
talk to the caller d irectly.
Note
If the memory is f ull, the answeri ng machine
switches to [ANSW ER ONLY] automatica lly.
Delete old messag es to receive new ones .
