VIDEO CD

Preview

Some Video CDs or Super Video CDs may contain preview or introducto- ry information. Preview will be useful when you want to go directly to a Track but cannot remember the Track number of the segment you are seeking.

2 A small picture representing the beginning of each Track will appear on the TV screen. A maximum of nine Track pictures can appear on the screen at once.

When you see the Track you want to play, press the Number button for that Track. That Track will start playing immediately.

VIDEO CD

Playback Control (PBC)

This feature is available only on Video CDs. The Video CD must be compatible with Playback Control. Check the Video CD case for details.

1 Load a Video CD with PBC and press PLAY/PAUSE M. The Video CD will show instructions or options on the TV screen. Use the Player’s remote control buttons as directed by the Video CD.

2 Press PBC ON/OFF to turn Playback Control on or off.

3 Press PLAY/PAUSE M to start playback.

Helpful Hint

•If a Video CD will not play, turn off Playback Control, then try the Video CD again.
