VCR Plus+® Timer Recording 43
A PlusCode® number is a number of up to eight digits, printed in most TV guides next to the start time of a TV program.You can program a timer recording quickly by entering the code for your program.
Before you begin, complete the VCR Plus+® channel setup. See page 27.
1 Press TIMER on the remote control.
2 PressTimer | CH+8 to select VCR Plus+ system, then press :. |

4 If the timer recording information seems correct and com- plete, press OK. Stored will appear at the bottom of the screen briefly.The Timer menu will reappear.

5 Press TIMER to remove the menu.
6 Put a recordable DVD+RW or DVD+R in the Recorder. Press STANDBY y to turn off the Recorder at least five minutes before the timer recording is set to begin. The Recorder must be off in order for the timer recording to occur. If you plan to play a DVD+R on another DVD Player, finalize the Disc. See page 52.
To edit your recordings, see page 51. However, editing changes may not be accessible when you play the Disc on other DVD Players.
