Opmerking: U kunt het verwarmingsproces op elk gewenst moment afbreken door op de aan/uitknop te drukken of door de waterkoker van de voet te nemen. Als u de waterkoker van de voet neemt wanneer het apparaat in werking is, gaan alle instellingen verloren.

De watertemperatuur instellen

Met de SET TEMP-knop op de waterkoker kunt u het water tot verschillende temperaturen opwarmen: 100°C (kokend water), 80°C, 60°C of 40°C.

1Zorg ervoor dat de waterkoker leeg is.Vul deze vervolgens met koud water.

Vul de waterkoker met ten minste 0,5 liter water om er zeker van te zijn dat de waterkoker het water nauwkeurig verwarmt tot de ingestelde temperatuur.

2Druk een of meerdere keren op de SET TEMP-knop om de gewenste temperatuur in te stellen (fig. 10).

,Het lampje van de geselecteerde temperatuur gaat branden.

Opmerking: Als u de gewenste temperatuur niet kunt instellen, is de huidige temperatuur van het water in de waterkoker hoger dan de temperatuur die u wilt instellen. De huidige temperatuur wordt weergegeven door het aantal brandende lampjes.

3Druk op de aan/uitknop om het apparaat in te schakelen (fig. 6).

Opmerking: Als u niet binnen 10 seconden nadat u de temperatuur hebt ingesteld op de aan/uitknop drukt, gaat de ingestelde temperatuur verloren.

,Terwijl het water wordt opgewarmd, wordt de huidige temperatuur aangegeven door het aantal brandende lampjes en knippert het lampje van de ingestelde temperatuur. (fig. 11)

,Wanneer de waterkoker de ingestelde temperatuur heeft bereikt, hoort u een geluidssignaal (één piepje) en schakelt de waterkoker automatisch uit. De lichtring rond de aan/uitknop gaat uit.

,Het lampje van de ingestelde temperatuur blijft 120 seconden branden zodat u weet dat het water zoluist de ingestelde temperatuur heeft bereikt.
