If the pop-up window is not displayed automatically:

1Select My Computer (Windows XP / Windows 2000) / Computer (Windows Vista / Windows 7).

2Right click on the Philips GoGear SA080 icon.

3Select Install Philips Device Manager.

4Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation of the software.

•The installation requires you to agree to the license terms.

Switch the player on or off

Press and hold until the player is switched on or off.

Automatic standby and shut-down

The player has an automatic standby and shut- down feature that can save battery power.

If in idle mode (no play, no button is pressed) for a certain time duration, the player switches off automatically.

To deﬁne the time duration,

•From the Home screen, go to > [Set power-saving mode…].

Calibrate the touch screen

Calibrate the touch screen.Your taps can be precisely positioned on the display screen of SA080.

•The ﬁrst time you use SA080, complete touch screen calibration as prompted.

•Alternatively, go to > [Display settings] > [Touch panel calibration].
