ory,touch and hold one of preset keys
()1 to 3 until the beep sounds.
Thecustomized color has been stored in mem-
ory.
Thenext time you touch the same preset key,
thecolor is recalled from memory.
Adjusting the responsepositions of the touch panels(TouchPanel Calibration)
Ifyou feel that the touch panel keys on the
screendeviate from the actual positions that
respondto your touch, adjust the response po-
sitionsof the touch panel. There are twoad-
justmentmethods: 4-point adjustment, in
whichyou touch four corners of the screen;
and16-point adjustment, in which you make
fine-adjustmentson the entire screen.
!Makesure to use the supplied pen for ad-
justment,and gently touch the screen. If
youpress the touch panel forcefully, the
touchpanel may be damaged. Do not use
asharp pointed tool such as ballpoint pen
ora mechanical pen. Otherwise the screen
isdamaged.
!Iftouch panel adjustment cannot be per-
formedproperly, consult your local Pioneer
dealer.
1 Touchthe source icon and then touch
OFFto turn this unit off.
#Whenthe source icon is not displayed, you
candisplay it by touching the screen.
2 Pressand hold EJECT (h).
The4-point touch panel adjustment screen ap-
pears.
3 Toucheach of the arrows on the four
cornersof the screen with the touch panel
adjustmentpen.
#Tocancel the adjustment, press and hold
VOLUME/MUTE.
4 PressEQ to complete the 4-point ad-
justment.
Theadjusted position data is saved.
#Donot turn off the engine while saving the ad-
justedposition data.
5 PressEQ to proceed to the 16-point ad-
justment.
The16-point touch panel adjustment screen
appears.
#Tocancel the adjustment, press and hold
VOLUME/MUTE.
6 Gentlytouch the center of the + mark
displayedon the screen with the touch
paneladjustment pen.
Afteryou touchall the marks, the adjusted po-
sitiondata is saved.
#Donot turn off the engine while saving the ad-
justedposition data.
7 Pressand hold VOLUME/MUTE to com-
pletethe adjustment.
Using the AUX source
Aseparately sold auxiliar y device such as VCR
orportable device can be connected to this
unit.When connected, auxiliar y device is auto-
maticallyrecognized as AUX source and as-
signedto AUX.

Whenconnecting auxiliar y device using amini
plugcable
iPodand portable audio/video player can be
connectedto this unit via mini plug cable.

nectedto this unit via 3.5 mm plug (4 pole)
cable(e.g., CD-V150M), you can enjoy the
videocontents of the iPod.
