Introduction of DAB operation

You can use this product with a separately sold
1EXTR indicator
The currently received Service has a Secondary Service Component.
2TEXT indicator
The currently received service has a dynamic label.
3A (NNC) indicator *
Shows when Announce function is on.
4W (THR) indicator *
Shows when Weather (Area Weather Flash) function is on.
5News ( 
) indicator
Shows when a news announcement is received.
6Traffic ( 
) indicator
Shows when a traffic announcement is received.
*If the set announcement support is received, the letters in parentheses light.
Operation
You can use the following functions with this product. (Reference pages are in this manual.)
•Available PTY function (Refer to page 51.)
•Dynamic label function (Refer to page 51.) Also, operation of the following two functions with this product differs.

Changing the label
1Press OPEN to open the front panel.
2Press DISPLAY.
Press DISPLAY repeatedly to switch between the following settings:

•With a service component that has no service component label or dynamic label, switching to service component label and dynamic label is not possible.
•With displays other than service label, if you do not perform an operation within eight sec- onds or press a button other than the DISPLAY, the display returns to service label indicators.
