Loading and saving settings (Load/Save)

Settings can be loaded from a USB storage device or SD memory card. Settings can also be stored on a USB storage device. This function is convenient when you want to use multiple units of this unit with the same settings.

Load Setup1,2

Loads this unit’s settings stored on the USB storage device or SD memory card (in a file with the extension

“.ust”).

 

 

 

Save Setup2

Saves this unit’s settings on the USB storage device.

Load Playlist1

Loads the playlist stored on the USB storage device or SD memory card (in a file with the extension “.plt”).3

Save Playlist

Saves the playlist on the USB storage device.

 

 

Load Schedule1

Loads the schedule settings stored on the USB storage device or SD memory card (in a file with the

extension “.sch”).

 

 

 

Save Schedule

Saves the schedule settings on the USB storage device.

 

 

Save Error Log

Saves the error log created on the USB storage device. The error log is stored in a file with the extension

“.err”.

 

 

 

1.Add a letter for identifying the medium at the beginning of the file name of items to be loaded. U: For files saved on USB storage devices

S: For files saved on SD memory cards

3.Create the playlist using the application (HD PILOT) and save it on a USB storage device or SD memory card in advance.

Loading/saving settings

1 Select the load or save item.

Use the / buttons to select, then press the ENTER button. Proceed to step 2 to load, to step 3 to save.

2 Select the files to be loaded.

Use the / buttons to select, then press the ENTER button.

3 Select OK.

Use the / buttons to select, then press the ENTER button. When Load Setup is selected, turn the power off then back on to reflect the setting information.

Note

If there are more than nine files, the selection moves to the first file on the next page when the  button is pressed at the last file.

If there are more than nine files, the selection moves to the last file on the last page when the  button is pressed at the first file.

Some time may be required until the picture is displayed if there are many files. We recommend deleting any unnecessary files beforehand.

Do not connect or disconnect USB storage devices while files are being loaded or saved. COMPLETE appears on the display when loading or saving is completed.

Only files in the root directory can be loaded. Files saved with this unit are placed in the root directory.

When saved, the file is given the name “This unit’s serial number (10-digit number).extension”. If a file with that name already exists, it is overwritten.
