The Data file for support allows you to download the IKVM-1000 data file with specific support information. This is an XML file with certain customized support information like the serial number etc. You may send us this information together with a support request. It will help us to locate and solve your reported problem.

The Connected Users field shows the IP address (from which host the user comes from) and activity status of the connected users. RC means that the Remote Console is open. If the Remote Console is opened in exclusive mode, the term (exclusive mode) is added. To display the user activity, the last column contains either the term active for an active user or 20 min idle for an user who is inactive for a certain amount of time.
