14.1Operational Problems

Trouble

Table tilt does not hold position under load.

Table will not tilt.

Table vibration while sawing.

Surface finish on workpiece is rough.

Blade cutting inaccurately. Cuts not straight.

Blade cannot be tensioned properly.

Blade binds in workpiece.

Blade forms cracks at base of teeth.

Probable Cause

Lock handle not tight.

Tighten lock handle.

 

 

Trunnion locking mechanism is broken
