Note: Gas conversions should only be performed by a qualified service person, and/or where required by state and local codes, licensed installer/service technician. In the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, installation must be performed by a licensed plumber or gas fitter.
Lift the burner up and out of the firebox opening.

Tools required: Ratchet with 7/16 in. (11 mm) socket
and 2 in. - 4 in.
Remove right and left twigs and right and left rear logs from the burner pan, if installed. Remove the two nuts that secure the burner pan to the burner support with the ratchet and socket.
Remove the three screws on the front of the burner sup- port. Set screws aside.
