Note: In the event that either or both the user name and password are forgotten, it is possible to reset the user name and password to their default values by resetting the TC2201 to factory defaults. Note that resetting to factory defaults from the serial port will also reset all other configuration settings to factory defaults, as well as erase all current maps. It is recommended to capture a copy of the system report (available from the System Utilities Menu) in order to make reconfiguration easier. If a backup configuration file was previously saved (as described in Chapter 8), this file can also make the reconfiguration process much easier.
