during HCD-E1 self-test.
Repeat the self-test, and replace the
HCD-E1 if it fails the self-test.

difference between the DTE
clock and the HDSL clock.
1. Check the clock source selection.
2. Check the equipment providing the DTE signal
(unstable clock source).
3. Perform the power-up self-test and replace the
HCD-E1 if it fails the test.
