Conexión de un humidificador Passover

El tubo de aire mediano (52 cm/21 pulgades) es un accesorio necesario para la conexión de la unidad VPAP al humidificador Passover de ResMed.

Para instalar el VPAP con el HumidAire o con el Passover de ResMed:

1.Llene el Passover con agua, tal y como se describe en el manual del humidificador.

2.Conecte el tubo de aire mediano (52 cm/21 pulgadas) al puerto conector derecho y el tubo de aire largo (2 ó 3 m/6 pies y 6 pulgadas ó 9 pies y 10 pulgades) al puerto conector izquierdo del humidificador (H-1).

3.Coloque el VPAP sobre el Passover (H-2). No coloque la unidad VPAP debajo del humidificador. (Así evitará que se derrame agua sobre la unidad.)

4.Conecte el extremo libre del tubo de aire mediano a la salida de aire del VPAP (H-3).

5.Conecte el sistema de mascarilla al extremo libre del tubo de aire largo. Una vez montado, el sistema deberá ser como en la figura H-4.

6.Si el VPAP no está ya enchufado, consulte el paso 2 en la página 11.

! Asegúrese de que el cable de alimentación y la toma de corriente estén en buenas condiciones y que el equipo no esté dañado.

7. Navegue al parámetro de humidificador (si está presente) en el menú del VPAP y seleccione “PASSOVER”. Consulte “Cómo utilizar el Menú detallado (si el médico lo ha habilitado)” en la página 24.
