Note: ANSI X9.62 “NAMED CURVE” representation is not preserved when calling B_GetAlgorithmInfo in AI_ECParameters. NAMED CURVE representation can be asserted when calling B_SetAlgorithmInfo by inserting an instance of FT_X962_NAMED_CURVE_TYPE into the argument fieldType. NAMED CURVE representation is propagated into the BER encoding.
