Fax

	Item	Description
On Hook Dial		Access a dial tone to send fax.
Speed Dial Send		Fax image to destination from speed dial list.
Group Dial Send		Fax image to destination from group dial list.
		Redials the recently sent fax number or received caller
Redial		ID in ready mode, or inserts a pause(-) into a fax number
		in edit mode (see "Redialing the fax number" on page
		292).
		Sends a fax to multiple destinations (see "Sending a fax
		to multiple destinations" on page 78).
Multi Send
		You cannot send a color fax using this feature.
•	Delay Send	Sets your machine to send a fax at a later time when you
•	Delayed Send	will not be present (see "Delaying a fax transmission" on
		page 294).
		You cannot send a color fax using this feature.

Item	Description
	Forwards the received or sent fax to other destination
	by a fax or PC. If you are out of office but have to receive
Send Forward	the fax, this feature may be useful.
Receive Forward	• See "Forwarding a sent fax to another destination"
	on page 295.
	• See "Forwarding a received fax" on page 295.
	Stores the received fax in memory without printing out.
	To print received documents, you need to enter the
Secure Receive	password. You can prevent your received faxes from
	being accessed by unauthorized people (see "Receiving
	in secure receiving mode" on page 300).
Cancel Job	Cancels the delayed fax job which is saved in memory
	(see "Canceling a reserved fax job" on page 294).

Sending setup

Some menus may not appear in the display depending on options or models. If so, it is not applicable to your machine (see "Menu overview" on page 33).
