NICAM-programma’s worden verdeeld in 3 typen. NICAM stereo, NICAM mono en tweetalig (transmissie in andere taal). NICAM-programma’s hebben altijd een standaard monogeluid en u kunt het gewenste geluid selecteren door NICAM in of uit te schakelen.

•Aan : NICAM-modus

•Uit : schakel deze optie alleen in bij het opnemen van het standaard monogeluid tijdens een NICAM-uitzending, als het stereogeluid wordt verstoord door slechte ontvangstomstandigheden.
