Deleting a Title

Follow these instructions to delete an entry from the Title List.

NUsing the TITLE LIST button

1. With the unit in Stop mode/Playback mode, press the TITLE LIST	HDD			Title List

• If you don’t want to delete a certain one of the checked entries,		Edit		Sort			Go to	Contents

		V-Mode Compatibility
You will be prompted with the confirmation message.		Edit		Sort			Go to	Contents

HDD, DVD-RAM(VR mode), DVD-RW(VR mode): If a Playlist is

present, the message “Do you want to delete? (Related playlists may be deleted.)” is displayed.

DVD-RW(V mode)/+RW/±R: If a Playlist is not present, the message “Do you want to delete?” is displayed.

5.Press the ◄► buttons to select Yes, then press the OK button.

M You cannot delete a protected entry. If you want to delete a protected entry, select “Off” in the Title Protection menu. (See page 82)

When the Disc Protection has been set to Protected, you cannot delete titles. (See page 96)

Once an entry is deleted from the Title List it cannot be recovered.

Once DVD-RW/±R is finalised, it cannot be deleted.

With DVD±R, titles are only deleted from the menu, however, the Title remains physically on the disc.

If you select “Select All” in the Edit menu, all title will be checked.
