Editing the Disc Name

Follow these instructions to give a name to a disc.

With the unit in Stop mode, press the MENU
1 button.
DVD-RAM(VR)		Setup
Setup	System	√
Timer Rec. Clock Set		√

Copy	Channel Set	√
Title List	Language	√
	Audio	√
Playlist	Video	√
Disc Manager	Parental Control	√

MOVE SELECT RETURN EXIT

Press the …† buttons to select Disc Manager,
2 then press the ENTER or √ button.

		Disc Protection	: Not Protected √
	Timer Rec.
	Copy	Disc Format		√
		Delete All Title Lists
				√

4 buttons.

•The maximum number of characters that can be entered is 31.

Press the …† œ √ buttons to select Save, then
5 press the ENTER button.
A disc name is given to the disc.

You may need to clear disc protection before beginning editing.(see page 78)

Note

Depending on the kind of disc, the displayed screen may be different.

Press the …† buttons to select Disc Name, then

3 press the ENTER or √ button.

The Edit Name screen is displayed.
