Using the Tele Macro function, you can get close up images which are created by focusing on a small portion of a large object at a tele angle. It is useful to get close up images of flowers or insects etc.

Submenu items
•Off: Disables the function.
•On (
): You can focus on a small portion of a large object at a tele angle.
• When recording in Tele Macro mode, the focus speed may be lowered.
•Use a tripod (not supplied) to prevent camcorder shake in the Tele Macro mode.
•Avoid shadows when recording in the Tele Macro mode.
•As the distance to the subject decreases, focusing area narrows.
•If you cannot get proper focus, move the Zoom lever to W(Wide) slowly and adjust the distance to the subject.
•When using the zoom to telephoto in the Tele Macro mode, the minimum distance you can have between the camcorder and subject is 50 cm.

•Off: The camcorder records only one photo image.
•On ( 
): When you press the PHOTO button, the camcorder can take up to 8 photos in one second.
• If an error occurs (Card full, etc.) during continuous shot, the recording stops and an error message appears.
•When “Cont. Shot” is “On,” the camcorder fixes the photo resolution at 1920x1080.
