•Toner cartridge is not installed.
Install it.
The toner cartridge is not installed or the
CRUM (Consumer Replaceable Unit Monitor)
in the cartridge is not properly connected.
Reinstall the toner cartridge two or three times. If the
problem persists, call for service.
