Tayyorlash Kartoshkani archib, 3 mm qalinlikda parraklang. Gratin idishi usuli yuzasiga sariyog‘ surting (22-24 sm). Boshqa masalliqlarni

tayyorlaguncha parraklarni toza sochiqqa yoyib, ustini yopib qo‘ying.
