Cho‘chqa qovurg‘asi

Tarkibi 2 ta cho‘chqa qovurg‘asi, 1 qoshiq yanchilgan qora muruch, 3 ta dafna bargi, 1 ta piyoz (to‘g‘ralgan), 3 bosh sarimsoq (to‘g‘ralgan), 85 g sariq shakar, 3 qoshiq Vustercher sousi, 2 qoshiq pomidor pyuresi, 2 qoshiq zaytun moyi

Tayyorlash Barbekyu uchun sous tayyorlang. Yog‘ni tovada qizdirib, piyoz usuli soling. Piyozi o‘lgunicha qovurib, keyin qolgan masalliqlarni

soling. Qovurgandan so‘ng past olovda 30 daqiqa davomida quyulgunicha miltillating. To‘shni barbekyu sousiga

30 daqiqadan 1 soatgacha bostirib qo‘ying.

OGOHLANTIRISH

•Tozalashdan avval pech va anjomlarning soviganiga ishonch hosil qiling

•Dag'al tozalash vositalari, qattiq chyotkalar, tirmovchi mochalka yoki lattalar, po'lat yung, pichoq yoki boshqa tirnovchi materiallardan foydalanmang.

Pechning ichki qismi

•Pechning ichki qismini tozalash uchun toza latta va mo'tadil tozalash vositasi yoki iliq sovunli suvdan foydalaning.

•Eshikcha zichlagichini qo'lda tozalamang.

•Pechning emal yuzasini shikastlanmasligi uchun standart pech tozalagichidan foydalaning.

•Qotgan dog'larni ketkazish uchun maxsus pech tozalagichidan foydalaning.

Pechning tashqi yuzasi

Pechka eshigi, tutqichi va displeyi kabi tashqi yuzalarni tozalash uchun toza mato va yumshoq tozalash vositasi yoki iliq sovunli suvdan foydalaning va quruq latta yoki sochiq bilan arting.

Ichidan qaynoq havo chiqayotgani uchun yog‘ va kirlar ayniqsa tutqich atrofida qolib ketishi mumkin. Har gal ishlatgandan so‘ng tutqichni tozalash tavsiya etiladi.

Anjomlar

Har gal foydalangandan keyin anjomlarni yuving va oshxona sochig'i bilan quriting. Qotgan kirlarni ketkazish uchun ishlatilgan anjomlarni yuvishdan oldin iliq sovunli suvda 30 daqiqacha iviting.

Olinadigan qismlar to‘q kulrang katalitik emal bilan qoplangan. Konveksion isitish paytida ular havo aylanishi tufayli yog‘ va moylardan kirlanishi mumkin. Ammo bu kirliklar 200 °C yoki undan yuqori haroratda kuyib ketadi.

1.Barcha anjomlarni pechdan olib qo'ying.

2.Pech ichini tozalang.

3.Maksimal harorat bilan Konveksiya rejimini tanlang, keyin siklni bir soat ishlating.
