♦Down: set whether or not the phone keeps the current menu screen active when you close the phone or whether it returns to Idle mode.

Short cut

You can use the Navigation keys as shortcut keys to access specific menus directly from Idle mode. Use this menu to change these shortcut assignments.

To assign a shortcut to a key:

1.Highlight the navigation key that you wish to assign a function to.

2.Press the Options softkey and select Change.

3.Select the menu that will be assigned to the key and press the Save soft key.

Volume Key

This menu allows you to set the function of the Volume key when receiving a call. You have two choices:

♦Mute: pressing the Volume key will mute the ringer.

♦Reject: pressing the Volume key will reject the call, sending it straight to Voice mail

USB settings

Use this menu to select a USB mode.

♦Modem: select to use your phone as a modem.

♦Mass storage: select to access a memory card, if a memory card is inserted.

♦Pictbridge: select to connect your phone to a PictBridge- compatible printer.
