♦Repeat/Repeat every year: Press the key to enable or disable

the repeat. Depending on the type of entry, you can configure the repeat period by pressing the Left or Right navigation key.

♦Priority: Use the Left or Right Navigation keys to select High, Normal, or Low.

4.Press the Save soft key to save the calendar entry.

The corners of the date on the calendar change to indicate that a calendar entry exists for that date.

Viewing a Calendar Entry

When you select a day for which a calendar entry already exists, the latest entry for the day displays.

If more than one entry is stored, press the Up or Down navigation key to scroll to the previous or next entry. You can use the following options by pressing the Options soft key:

♦View: allows you to view the highlighted entry details.

♦Create: allows you to create a new entry for the highlighted date.

♦Send via: allows you to send the highlighted entry in text, multimedia message, Email, or to a compatible Bluetooth device.

♦View Mode: changes how the calendar is displayed: Month View, Day View or Week View.

♦Done: sets a To do item as completed.

♦Sort by: arranges calendar entries by their type.

♦Delete: allows you to delete entries according to one of the listed criteria.

♦Missed alarm events: displays all of your missed alarm events.

♦Memory status: You can check the memory amount available and remaining for stored events.
