Correct tape thread check function
This function checks to make sure that the cassette has been correctly loaded so that recording can be carried out.

œIf“TAPE IN MODE” in the (GENERAL SET) menu is set to “REC”, the recording indicator “m” will light while the tape thread is being checked. However, recording will only start after the tape thread check is completed.
