7.If the system is normal, the following display will appear. (If the system is not normal, refer to Table 2 on page 47.) Select OK and press the ENTER Key to start H2O2 decontamination. Decontamination will be performed automatically to step 10. The buzzer will sound when decontamination has been completed (It takes about 1 hour 40 minutes after warming-up).

Note: The outer door will be locked with an electric lock for safety until the decontamination has been

completed.
