ADDING A VOICE MEMO

In the still image shooting mode, you can record up to approximately 10 seconds of sound (called a “voice memo”) when capturing the image.

1 Set the camera to the still image shooting mode (see page 41), and display the EXPERT Mode Shooting Setting Screen (see page 94).

2 Select the voice memo icon a from the voice memo menu, and press the SET button.

b: For no voice memo.

a: For adding a voice memo.

3 Press the shutter release button to capture the image, and then talk into the microphone.

œDuring recording, Kappears in the upper right area of the LCD monitor.

œA voice memo of up to about 10 seconds can be recorded.

œIf you finish recording within 10 seconds, press [Á] on the arrow button to end recording.

œAfter recording has finished, the add voice memo setting reverts to off.
