ADDING A VOICE MEMO (STILL IMAGES AND SEQUENTIAL

SHOTS ONLY)

4Press the shutter release button.

œVoice memo recording starts when

the shutter release button is pressed.

Talk into the microphone on the

digital camera.

œA voice memo of up to about 10

seconds can be recorded.

œIf you finish recording within 10

seconds, press [Á] on the arrow

button to end recording.

œWhile the voice memo is being

recorded, RECORDING and K are

displayed.

HINT

œFor still images, you can also add a voice memo immediately after

capturing an image (see page 112).

œAfter a voice memo has been added to an image, you cannot erase only

the voice memo. When the image is erased, the attached voice memo is

also erased.

œIf a voice memo is added to an image that already has a voice memo, the

new recording will replace the previous one.
