10 Press the shutter release button halfway (focus-lock).

œThe autofocus locks on the subject, and the image in the LCD monitor appears clearly.

11 Continue to gently press the shutter release button all the way.

œThe image is captured.

Now let’s take a look at the image you captured.

12 Set the selector dial to [Ø].

œThe image you captured appears in the LCD monitor.

œPress [Â] or [Ã] on the arrow button to display the images stored before or after the current image.

13 When you are finished, set the selector dial to [Ö] to turn off the digital camera.

œFor still images, you can view the captured image on the LCD monitor by keeping the shutter release button depressed when you capture the image.

œWhen the accessing indicator is flashing red or lit orange, the next image cannot be captured. When the accessing indicator lights green again, it is possible to capture the next image (see page 39).
