Special Notes

1. Characters may be enlarged through the use of the

Character Expansion command, (See page 21).

2. Character spacing may be altered through the use of the

Character Pitch command, (See page 24). The default is

2 dots between characters. It is recommended to use a

spacing of 5 dots for OCR-A and 1 dot for OCR-B.

3. You may also create custom characters or fonts. See the

<ESC>T Custom-Designed Characters command, (See

page 19).

4. A font must be defined for each field to be printed. Ther e

is no default font.

5. The proportionally spaced fonts XU, XS, XM, XL and XA

can be printed with fixed spacing using the <ESC> PS

Proportional Space command.
