Inserting a centered zipper
Attention: Zipper foot should be used with machine set for straight stitch only. Care should be given when choosing needle position as the needle could hit the presser foot and break when sewing with an altered needle position or with any other pattern.
11 Baste the zipper opening on the garment.

22 Press open the seam allowance. Place the zipper face down on the seam allowance with the teeth against the seam line. Baste the zipper tape in place.
33 Attach the zipper foot. Attach the right side of the presser foot pin to the holder when sewing the left side of the zipper.
44 Attach the left side of the presser foot pin to the presser foot holder when sewing the right side of the zipper.
55 Stitch the left side of the zipper from the bottom of the zipper to the top.
66 Stitch across the lower end and right side of zipper. Remove the basting and press.
