•The battery pack is not installed, or is dead or nearly dead.

•The AC power adaptor is not connected to the mains.
cConnect the AC power adaptor to the mains. (p. 20)
•The tape was ejected after recording.
•You have not recorded on the new cassette yet.
•The operating temperature is too low.
•The battery pack is not fully charged.
cCharge the battery pack fully again. (p. 15)
•The battery pack is completely dead, and cannot be recharged.
cReplace with a new battery pack. (p. 14)
•You have used the battery pack in an extremely hot or cold
environment for a long time.
•The battery pack is completely dead, and cannot be recharged.

•The battery is not fully charged.
cCharge the battery pack fully again. (p. 15)
•A deviation has occured in the remainning battery time.
