Image Files and File Names

The DPP-MP1 can print image files that are in JPEG format and TIFF format.

Image files created with a Sony CyberShot digital camera or Handycam camcorder are stored on the “Memory Stick” according to certain conventions.

For example, when you take still images with the Sony CyberShot, the resulting file structure when viewed under Windows Me will look as follows.

Folder number

File numbers for still image data in JPEG format are allocated automatically and the files are stored in the “100MSDCF” folder, using the following file name pattern:
