Viewing images of a CD-R/RW disc on your computer

System requirements of the computer

You can use the CD-ROM drive of your computer to view images that you save in a CD-R/RW disc on the printer. To view the images, your computer must meet the following system requirements:

Recommended Windows system:

OS:Microsoft Windows 98/Windows Me/ Windows 2000 Professional/Windows XP Home Edition/Windows XP Professional should be pre-installed.

CD-ROM Drive: MultiRead compatible

Recommended Macintosh system:

OS:	Mac OS 8.5.1/8.6/9.0/9.1/9.2 should be pre-installed.
CD-ROM Drive:	MultiRead compatible

Preparing a CD-R/RW disc for viewing images on the

computer (Finalization)

To view a CD-R/RW disc storing the printer images on the CD-ROM drive of your computer, you need to finalize the disc on the printer. A CD-R/RW disc that are not finalized cannot be recognized with your computer’s CD-ROM drive.

1 Insert a CD-R/RW disc that you want to finalize into CD-R/RW disc tray of the printer.

2 Press INPUT SELECT to turn on the CD-RW indicator.

The folder covers on the CD-R/RW disc are displayed.

3 Press MENU.

The Folder menu is displayed.
