Troubleshooting

If you experience trouble with your camera, try the following solutions.

1Check the items on pages 105 to 114.

If a code such as “C/E:ss:ss” appears on the screen, see page 115.

2Remove the battery pack, and insert the battery pack again after about one minute, and turn on the power.

3Press the RESET button located on the bottom using a fine-tipped object, and turn on the power.

If you do the operation above, the date and time setting is cleared.

4Consult your Sony dealer or local authorized Sony service facility.
