Selecting the sound system
(MHC-GTX888 only)
You can enjoy different sounds by selecting the sound mode you want.
Press SURROUND SPEAKER MODE repeatedly.
LINK
Reproduces the same sound with different output levels.
“LINK” lights up in the display.
MATRIX SURROUND 1
Reproduces a wide range of sound that can actually sense the size of the room. “MATRIX SUR 1” lights up in the display.
MATRIX SURROUND 2
Reproduces a wide range of sound that can actually sense the size of the room. The surround sound is reinforced.
“MATRIX SUR 2” lights up in the display.
Enhancing the sound quality
You can enhance the sound quality by using the MP3 BOOSTER+ function.
1Press OPTIONS.
2Turn OPERATION DIAL to select “MP3 BOOSTER+”, then press
ENTER.
3Turn OPERATION DIAL to select “AUTO”, then press ENTER.
To exit the OPTIONS menu, press OPTIONS.
Note
When an audio file is played back, the MP3 BOOSTER+ function is automatically activated if you have set “MP3 BOOSTER+” to “AUTO”. “BOOSTER” lights up in the display.
