Checking the total playing time and titles

Press DISPLAY repeatedly when playback is stopped.

The following information appears in the display.

During “PGM” play mode:

1The last programmed item information

During other play mode:

1AUDIO CD:

Total number of tracks and total playing time

Audio files:

Total number of files of the current folder and folder name

1)“NO STEP” appears in the display if you have not program the tracks or files.

Notes

Some text characters may not be displayed.

If the audio file title contains characters which cannot be displayed, these characters will be displayed as “_”.

Creating your own program

— Program Play

You can make a program of up to 25 steps in the order you want them to be played back.

You can synchro record the programmed tracks or files onto a tape or synchro transfer the programmed tracks of files onto an USB device (page 23 or 36).

1 Select the function you want.

Press CD to select CD function. Press USB (or USB on the remote) to select USB function.

2 When playback is stopped, press PLAY MODE on the remote repeatedly until “PGM” lights up in the display.

3 (For CD function only) Press one of the DISC 1 ~ 3 buttons or DISC SKIP/ EX-CHANGE (or DISC SKIP on the remote) to select a disc.

To program all the tracks on a disc at once:

Proceed to step 5 while “ALL” appears in the display.

To program all the MP3 files on a folder at once:

Press +/– repeatedly until the folder you want appears in the display, then proceed to step 5.
