Moving a message to a folder

You can move messages into one of the four folders, which you can name at your convenience. (Refer to page 40.)

Open the message to be moved, then press in the Jog Dial.

Turn the Jog Dial, select FOLDER, then press in.

3 Turn the Jog Dial, select a folder , then pr ess in.

The original message is moved to the specified folder.

When FOLDER MEMORY FULL appears

The folder is full.

Search for an unwanted message in the folder, delete it, and move your new message to the folder again. (Refer to page 29 for deleting a message in a folder.)
