Deleting a message in a folder
1 Open the message to be deleted, then press in the Jog Dial.
2 To delete the displayed message only, turn and press in the Jog Dial to select
DELETE.
To delete all messages in the folder, turn and press in the Jog Dial to select DELETE ALL.

If you do not want to delete the message(s), select NO to cancel.
Note
Selecting DELETE ALL will delete all messages in the selected folder.
