Deleting all messages

You can delete all unlocked and read Personal Messages or all read Information Service Messages in the same INBOX.

1 Open the message to be deleted then press in the Jog Dial.

2	Turn the Jog Dial,	Please call me
	select DELETE ALL,	later. This is James
	then press the Jog		DELETE ALL?
			DELETE ALL?
	Dial in.		YES /	NO
	Dial in.

Selecting DELETE ALL will delete as follows;

Personal Message : deletes read and unlocked messages.

Information Service : deletes read messages.

3 Turn the Jog Dial, select YES, then pr ess in.

If you do not want to delete all the messages, select NO to cancel.
