Power sources

You can power the recorder not only with alkaline dry battery but also with house current. You cannot, however, use manganese dry battery.

When to replace the batteries

You can check the battery condition with the battery indication which is displayed while using the recorder. The battery indicator changes due to the battery condition.

The batteries has gone out. “LOW BATT” flashes in the display on the recorder, and the power goes off.

The battery life may be shorter due to operating conditions and the temperature of the location.
