You can create a standard definition image quality (STD) disc from AVCHD movies
imported to a computer using supplied software “PlayMemories Home.”
1Start up [PlayMemories Home] and click (Create Discs).
2Select [DVD-Video (STD)] from the drop-down list for selecting a disc.
3Select the AVCHD movies you want to write.
4Click [Add].
• You can also add movies by a drag and drop operation.
5Create the disc, following the instructions on the screen.
• Ins tall “PlayMemories Home” beforehand.
• MP4 movie files cannot be recorded on a disc.
• It wi ll take a longer time to create a disc because AVCHD movies are converted to standard definition
image quality (STD) movies.
• An Inte rnet connection environment is required when cr eating a DVD-Video (STD) disc for the first
time.
You can create a disc with a Blu-ray Disc recorder etc.
The disc type you can create depends on the device used.
