Status | Meaning |
On | The computer is using battery power. |
Single blink | The battery is running out of power. |
Double blink | The battery is charging. |
Off | The computer is using AC power. |
✍Both the battery and power indicators blink when the battery is running out of power.
To remove the battery pack
You can remove the battery pack while your computer is on or off; however, if you remove the battery pack while your computer is on, make sure the computer is connected to the AC adapter.
1Close the cover of the computer.
2Slide the Unlock/Lock switch to the Unlock position.
3Slide the Unlock/Lock switch to the Unlock position and slide the battery away from the computer.
