The oven should not be used without the turntable in place, and it should never be restricted so that it cannot rotate. You may remove the turntable when preheating the oven and when preparing food to be cooked directly on the turntable.

Convection Cooking

During convection heating, hot air is circulated through- out the oven cavity to brown and crisp foods quickly and evenly. This oven can be programmed for ten different convection cooking temperatures for up to 99 minutes, 99 seconds. Use normal temperature; no temperature or time adjustment required.

To Cook with Convection

• Suppose you want to cook at 350˚F for 20 minutes.
