d)You can change the AM tuning scale to 9 kHz (USA and Canada only) or to 10 kHz (all countries except USA, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia). After tuning in any AM station, turn off the receiver. Press down the TUNING + or PRESET TUNING + button and press the 1/ubutton. All preset stations will be reset to their factory settings when you change the tuning scale. To reset the scale to 10 kHz (or 9 kHz), repeat the procedure.
