Troubleshooting
Before submitting the product for repair, please recheck the following. If the unit still does not operate properly, contact your supplier or nearest Sony Service Center.

The paper is loaded at an angle. Try to eject several sheets of paper by keeping the FEED button pressed for more than one second after loading.
