Messages
Error and warning messages appear on the information display under the following conditions. Please take the remedial actions shown next to the message to correct the condition.
Error messages
When a problem occurs, the ALARM indicator on the front panel lights in red, and an error message appears on the information display. Please take the remedial actions shown next to the message to correct the condition.

DOOR OPEN | The front door is open. |

Warning messages
When a warning condition occurs, the warning message appears, but the ALARM indicator does not light. The remedy is listed below next to each message.

HEAD IN COOLING | The thermal head is too hot. |

PLEASE WAIT | The printer ejects the paper because |
| the printer has received the stop |
| command or the printer stops printing |
| due to some problem. |
