Messaging

To send, receive and read email messages

1.} Messaging } Email } Inbox } Send&rec (when inbox is empty) or } Messaging } Email } Inbox } More } Send & receive to send or download new messages.

2.Select a message } View to read it.

Note: The number of email messages that can be saved depends on how much memory there is left in the phone. From standby, press or to view status information. All email messages are also saved on your email server, and you can view both older and newer messages on the server.

To save several email messages

To reply to an email message

1.Open the email message } Reply.

2.} Include message to include the original message in your reply or } Create new to exclude the original message. Write your message } Continue.

3.} Enter Email addr. to enter an email address or

} Contacts look-upto retrieve an address from Contacts.

4.Select } Send.

To save an email address or a phone number in an email message

1.Select the email address or phone number that you want to save } More.

2.To save an email address } Save address. To save a phone number } Use } Save number.

To save an email message

1.Open the email message } More } Save message } Saved Email.

2.The message is saved in Saved Email in the Email menu.

1.} Messaging } Email } Inbox.

2.Select a message } More } Mark several.

3.Scroll and select more messages by pressing Mark or Unmark.

4.} More } Save messages.

To delete an email message (POP3 users)

1.} Messaging } Email } Inbox and select the message } More.

2.} Mark for deletion. The message is deleted the next time you connect to your email server. If you want to delete several messages } Mark several. Scroll and select more messages by pressing Mark or Unmark. } More } Mark for deletion.

To delete an email message (IMAP4 users)

1.} Messaging } Email } Inbox and select the message

2.} Mark for deletion. The message is marked for deletion on the server. If you want to delete several messages

}Mark several. Scroll and select more messages by pressing Mark or Unmark. } More } Mark for deletion.
