Ifyou have followed the instructions in this manual, and have difficulty operating your
SouthwesternBell Freedom Phone CordlessTelephone, locate the PROBLEM in the left
columnbelow. Checkthe corresponding POSSIBLE CAUSE and CORRECTIVE ACTION
columnsto locate and remedy the problem.

Recheckall plug connections.
Also,check the DC adaptor for
properconnection to wall outlet

Resetthe digital security code by
returningthe handset to the base.
Anew code is then set.
Chargethe battery for about
10-14hours before initial use or
